Couscous saladCouscous salad

  Ingredients (one person):
150g couscous
1 red pepper
1 tomato
A few leaves of fresh mint
1 bunch of parsley
10 black olives
1 lemon
Salt and pepper
4 tbsp. tablespoons olive oil
preparation:
Put the couscous in a bowl, pour in the same amount of warm slightly salted water. cover up
and let rise.
In another bowl mix the tomato and bell pepper diced, chopped herbs, the juice of oil
lemon a little salt and pepper.
Fluff the cooled couscous with a fork. mix it with the preparation and olives. refrigerate at
least 1 hour or overnight for best salad that is very fragrant.
