  So we thought it had to be thin to live long , that a study announced that the thighs are too small may be associated with heart problems.

  Cardiovascular health mannequins -version - large shallots - se-tenant - standing - on - the - twigs is targeted by this study. But is that enough to get back to love our rather plump thighs ?

  Copenhagen researchers followed more than 2,800 people for about 12 years and have realized that women with small thighs (less than 23.6 inches in circumference ) were twice as likely to suffer from heart disease.

Larger , healthier ?

  The strongest thighs are not necessarily indicative of health. But researchers assume that people are too thin have less ready to initiate the metabolic degradation of lipids and glucose muscle mass.

  However, researchers are dumbfounded . On the one hand , they agree on the fact that " too little muscle or fat in this region would be a problem ," as Berit L. Heitmann announcement of the University Hospital of Copenhagen. On the other hand , they are aware that too much fat on the body can be just as harmful to health .

  In short , no need to brag about if your thighs exceed the scale of 23.6 inches, it does not mean to say that you are in better health for all . So many other factors influence . Although ...
