  In your life, you can be yourself brake impose . Some of your attitudes infringe on your impulses , your wasting your energy and undermine morale. So , it's time to remedy. Here are 2 bad attitudes to treatment without delay in 3 words , 2 advice and suggestion of reading.
I'm a perfectionist too ... !

3 words ...

  Being a perfectionist, it is need to be or look perfect. Flawless. Performance the most. These people are persistent , almost stubborn , ultra- careful and without forgiveness ... first with themselves . They impose unrealistic goals and severely judge .

  Despite their appearance sure of themselves , they do not compose well with stress. Fear of not being at the height makes them very vulnerable to emotional problems and relationship . Canadian researchers have found that stress affects mental health and its victims likely to suffer from problems including depression, eating disorders, chronic pain syndrome , marital conflict and even suicide. Perfectionism can be an engine implementation, but do not abuse it otherwise you burn - physically and mentally.

2 tips

  - Targeting two areas in which you could let go. This can be small things  the desire for ultra clean kitchen, how to fold the laundry , the report of a meeting , etc. .
  - Recognize the signs of stress and find a way to fix it. As they appear .
I'm too demanding ... !

3 words ...

  In demanding people, redemption and happiness lies in the accumulation of achievements. They also seek a sense of being consistent with all its expectations and also those imposed by others. Their shoulders are crushed under a crazy pressure they settle themselves. In addition, these people will never grant the right to make mistakes. Otherwise, if they fall , they fear the eyes of others who do not yet or at least much less severely than they do themselves feel .

  These people are not satisfied when they can spread what they have done during the day . Often, they want to show they are more productive than most people . They get lost in the doing and forget to be just .

2 tips

  - To welcome instead of flogging . It is much more likely to remember where and when that failed when it broke . Every evening , write down in a notebook both successes and congratulate yourself . Do not expect praise come from other , indulge yourself !
  - Reduce our list. You make a list of everything you need to do during your day Start with two things without scratching them . Target two tasks you can do another day and forget it .
