  Sleep occupies a third of our lives in 60 years , we slept 20 years! Essential to the recovery of our physical and psychic forces , it is essential to a good quality of life. Yet , in our time, we did not give him the place he deserves . It is often considered as a waste of time manhandled by busy schedules or staggered impaired by drugs that affect our health, it can no longer fulfill its remedial role .

  Sleep deserves to be better known to enable us to get the quantity and quality necessary for a good quality of life. Each individual has his typology of sleep, that is to say, need a sleep time of its own . The average sleep time is 8 hours , but there are great sleepers and short sleepers who each have different needs especially in terms of their inheritance.

  There are two periods of the day when the body has a natural tendency to sleep : night time from 0:00 to 7:00 in the morning and mid -afternoon , between fourteen and sixteen hours in general . Sleep deprivation , even during a single night leads to sleep debt which increases until sufficient sleep is obtained.

  Excessive sleepiness occurs when the sleep debt accumulates. No other means that sleep can not cancel this sleep debt and establish a normal alertness. In everyday life , many people lack of sleep during the work week , forcing them to sleep longer during the weekend or holidays.

  Sometimes this recovery insufficient sleep and excessive sleepiness install .
