While we are repeated since childhood he must stand up straight in his chair , now it would not be the best posture to adopt, believe experts .

Having uses a new form of imaging magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) , Canadian and Scottish researchers concluded that stand upright on a chair exerts pressure on the back which is not desirable.

Experts told the North American Society of Radiology that the best position to sit in his chair is to look backwards at an angle of 135 degrees , we can read (and see) on the site BBC . A position which seems to be more comfortable than with an angle of 90 degrees .

According to the British Chiropractic Association , 32% of the population spends more than 10 hours a day sitting in a chair. Half retains this position to lunchtime eating sitting at their desk .

This research , conducted at Woodend Hospital in Aberdeen UK , analyzed the seating positions of 22 volunteers with a healthy back with an MRI .
