Facebook messages from new members will not be public by default
  Publications of new Facebook members will no longer be public by default , but limited to their circle of friends , announced Thursday the online social network .

  Facebook users can determine for each of their publication on the site (status, comments, pictures ... ) with whom they want to share , and possibly limited to some of their contacts ( called 'friends' on the site) .

  The default , however, was far 'public' , that is to say visible by all 1.28 billion social network members , with the exception of minors for whom the public was limited default with friends .

  "We recognize that it is worse for someone to accidentally share ( information ) with everyone when he thought actually share only with friends, rather than the other ' Facebook notes Thursday in a message posted on its website.
