 These dynamic activities make us work coordination between movement and breath. With each breath is an upward movement, with each exhalation a downward motion. This is a fluid and evolving pace for runneuse extremely beneficial as it not only learns to breathe "really" but also by imposing sheath body shaking all the time bandas (abs, pelvic floor ..). Result? This prevents sagging during the race!

Hatha yoga

Yin yoga

Massage

  We offer this fun time after exertion! The Tiger offers many options including a sports recovery massage with coach Jimmy Jarnet that can be done directly after the race. This helps to eliminate toxins and give flexibility to the muscle. Consequence ? It avoids the box aches the next day!

Meditation

  The Tiger has several courses: classical sitting meditation, mindfulness, pranayama activating blood circulation through the breath ... To test before and after the race (and even during) to better focus in life of all ... days. A rewarding program!
