1. muscles by leaning

You want to pick up the toys left behind by children? Take the opportunity to incorporate the following exercise every time you lean: keep your back straight, perform a knee bend as if you wanted to sit down, then hold the position 15 seconds. By dint of repeating this exercise, your thighs and your butt will be tougher. In 30 minutes you'll spend about 105 calories.

2. Work triceps in the bathtub

As long as you take it easy in the tub, why not tone your triceps? Place your dry hands on each side of the bath, on the edge, and push your arms back to your bust. Stay resting on your arms straight, then slowly back down in a sitting position. Do two to three sets of ten uprisings. In 10 minutes, you could spend up to 48 calories.

3. Fiesta in the kitchen

Let cook for you either a pleasure or a chore, it is possible to enhance this daily moment. Put on some upbeat music and déhanchez you preparing the meal. Movements that involve multiple body areas during the transitions between the fridge and the stove, for example, will impact more than 75 calories to your daily energy expenditure. Like making dinner takes on average 30 minutes each day, that's 525 calories burned in seven days!

4. An energetic scan

As long as vacuuming regularly, make it a physical activity! When you move the sweeper, do the same with one of your legs and bend your knees, like when you run a slot. Keep back straight and contract your abdominals simultaneously to solicit several parts of your body. By combining the slots and being vacuuming, you could burn up to 220 calories in 30 minutes.

5. Curls around the bed

Making the bed is a task that comes back every day (except perhaps for the rebels at heart!). Take the opportunity to combine business with ... useful! Bend your knees down to the bed height and tighten your buttocks and abs by placing the sheets. In 5 minutes, that's 30 calories you will burn.

6. Contraction red light

Here is a good habit to incorporate into your daily life: contract your abdomen when you have to stop at a red light, then release when the light turns green. Remember to combine a deep breath in this exercise in order to maximize profits. You could burn up to 10 extra calories a red light with this simple gesture!

7. Wash, wash!

Even if household chores are not considered sports, it is possible to lose a few calories by doing. For example, wash the interior and exterior windows of the house continuously, making large circular movements and very energetic. If you do this exercise without a break, without giving up and for a period of 30 minutes, you will burn up to 150 calories.

8. We move the office!

If you spend long hours sitting behind a desk, tone up your body by drawing circles with your bust. Sit up straight in your chair, hands on knees, then inhale, contracting the abdomen and advancing your chest forward, left, backward and to the right (as if you wanted draw a circle around your navel with your shoulders). Repeat the exercise five times on each side. This equals about 43 calories burned in 15 minutes.

9. On tiptoe

The activity is carried out by being immobile (brush teeth, make a phone call, etc.) can be combined with a simple exercise! For example, work your calf muscles by standing on tiptoe, as high as possible, then holding the position for ten seconds. Repeat several times. Within a period of 10 minutes, you will burn about 32 calories.

10. A seat that hardens!

Swap the computer chair for an exercise ball! It forces him to keep the back straight and strengthens the abs, since naturally constricts to hold the position. Exercise can however be demanding at first: do not hesitate to rotate the ball with a chair. This support is also very good for the back. By 8:00, nearly 775 calories that are burned when using the exercise ball.

The calories are calculated using reference to a woman 155 lb (70 kg). The calculations are based on the concept MET (Metabolic Equivalent of Task) and the database of Arizona State University. Actual results may differ.
