How to sculpt his body in 5 minutes a day

  To start, get yourself a pair of dumbbells fit your personal strength and a gym mat. Between each exercise, do not hesitate to breathe 10 seconds to catch your breath.

1. Deadlift (the elevator of death)
Apart from the name, this step is nothing scary good. One leg forward, enter one of your dumbbells in both hands. Once positioned correctly, lift it and replace it by bending your front leg. For more intensity, at the same time lift your back leg.

2. Goblet Squat (squat the cell)
Still using one of your dumbbells in both hands, put yourself up and spread your legs. Then you just have to crouch to get up and starting early to begin a clockwise rotation while taking off the heel of the left leg. Once back face re-squat and Start the same rotation on the other side.

3. Chest Press with Legs Raised (pressure on the chest with legs lifted)
After the third minute, it starts to get tougher. Lie on your back and enter your two dumbbells. Raise your legs bent in groups until they are positioned at 90 degrees. Then make work your arms, raising them above your head repeatedly.

4. Lunge Spiderman (Spiderman feigned)

5. Squat Walks (Cell walk)
