  Who would have thought ? Those who regularly drink alcohol are more exercises than non-drinkers ! Nothing means that drinking become the key to an active lifestyle, but the results are surprising !
U.S. researchers found that, in general , the amount of time devoted to sports and physical activity tended to increase with the number of alcoholic drinks that people take every month.

  Moderate drinkers ( 15-45 drinks per month for women and 30 drinks per month A75 for men) are activated 10 minutes more per week than the water drinkers , while heavy drinkers would average 20 minutes more !

  The fact that people who drink alcohol are more active than those who do not raise the elbow does not unduly surprised researchers at the University of Miami responsible for this study. Indeed , alcohol appears to have become part of a model of a new mode eventful life. Personality drinkers ensures that they practice more vigorous than abstainers sports , jogging , for example. Also, they are often more attracted to the most demanding sports and limit extreme sensations or, alternatively, to team sports that often end up ... a good beer!

  However, researchers also believe that those who pay more move among others for good reason : counter calories from alcohol . And the wheel turns ... A drinker who makes sport or sports drinks ? Difficult to decide.
