You have more fresh vegetables in the fridge ? No worries ! Delve into the freezer, you will wear better!
A new study praised vegetables. Researchers have shown that fresh food walk for two weeks in the distribution chain ( between the field and the delivery to end sellers) while frozen food is stored shortly after being harvested .

The final report also stipulates that believe that fresh food is always better for our health is totally wrong. According to the author , Charlotte Harden, " frozen foods can be nutritionally comparable or , in some cases, have a higher nutritional value ." Their long stay in the fresh food supply chain can actually degrade their nutritional quality.

This research could influence the choice of vegetables or fruits among others to use in school cafeterias or hospitals, where it is necessary to supply both in quantity and quality !
