Babies would remember words heard in utero
Babies would remember words heard in utero

A Finnish study found that not only the fetus is able to hear and retain some sound, but also that they could remember whole words.

Future parents, pay attention to what you say during pregnancy! According to a study by researchers at the University of Helsinki and published in the journal Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences, language learning begin in utero.

Thus, infants would remember words they have heard regularly even before seeing the day. In reaching this conclusion, the researchers would have to listen to recordings of mothers childish word "tatata". After birth, the baby would have heard this word again ... and reacts with a strong brain activity.

Further evidence that fetuses are responsive to sound stimuli, and well aware of what is happening in the "outside world".
