Egg Salad
Egg Salad 

ingredients: 

1 boiled egg
1.5 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Juice of 1 lemon wedge
red onion
lettuce leaves
Salt and pepper

method: 

red onion cut into thick slices
In a bowl, add the peeled boiled egg, mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice.
With a spoon, crush _ egg and mix the mayonnaise, mustard and lemon juice together.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
To assemble: arrange the lettuce leaves on a plate and top each leaf with red onion sliced​​. Top each leaf with a little egg salad.
