Poached eggs in the microwave
Preparation time: 6 minutes
Cooking time: 5 minutes

ingredients:  

1 large egg
1/8 teaspoon white vinegar
1/3 cup water
salt and pepper

method: 

1 - Add water and white vinegar in a cup of cream size 6 oz
2 - Break the egg into a cup, pierce the yolk with a toothpick, and cover the dish with plastic wrap.
3 - Place in the microwave and cook for 1 minute or until desired doneness.
4 - You may need to experiment with the cooking time depending on the power of your microwave and your taste preference.
