The first part of our series "To each his sport" brings us into the world and discreet secret shy. Need to say, fear of the other, socialization problem, well chosen sports can overcome all obstacles.

Team sports

Sports explosives
They cater mostly to the timid who react violently when faced with difficult situations. Included in this classification, sprint all activities that can be practiced both in athletics, swimming, cycling, also rugby, handball or basketball but also in sports such as boxing fights.
