There is nothing better than a little sugar to cheer ! However, it consumes too much sugar . According to some studies , 22 teaspoons of sugar per day is swallowed . Is that sugar is often hidden in many foods . An update on the subject.

False. Most people believe that we consume sugar by eating all kinds of goodies . However , most of the sugar is absorbed from other foods such as sauces , juices or soft drinks. Thus, a commercial tomato sauce contains a teaspoon of sugar in each tablespoon .
2 . Do not eat too much fruit , because they are filled with sugar.
False. The fruits are rich in minerals , vitamins and fiber. They also contain some natural sugar. But it's still a healthy choice . Better to eat fruit than drink the juice , for example. A cup of orange juice contains 60% more sugar than orange and much less fiber .
3 . Brown sugar or brown sugar is better for your health .
False. Brown sugar or brown sugar is white sugar with added molasses.
4 . Sugar causes hyperactivity
