6 . inappropriate panic

  Let us , for the followers of the gym , the routine is paramount. Nobody likes to miss a meeting, for fear of losing motivation. Except that if you consistently refuse any proposed exit after 17h or become aggressive when your boss asks you to stay an extra hour at work, you are well and truly hooked. Ditto if you put off indefinitely a weekend of three days with your partner not to miss a night of sweating on carpet.

Tell yourself you could also criticize the high number of protein bars you consume.

  Always within the range of food, you put a lot of effort to eat healthy not to sabotage your workouts. If you feel that you are cheating when you swallow a small yogurt and fruit chocolate chips , you become downright paranoid. And if you can not bring yourself to accompany friends to the restaurant because you really want to eat your meal and drink protein shakes to your home, gym probably occupies too large a place in your life.

10 . Lying 20h

  You never go out Friday night to awaken shaped early Saturday morning for driving weekend ? This is a telltale sign . If any, do not be surprised if you abandon your family gradually. Act quickly before the mirror becomes your only companion.
